The insurance premium must be paid in full when booking the stay and is non-refundable.
In the event of a claim, you must notify the company within 48 hours of the claim, and provide all the necessary information and supporting documents. Cancellation insurance reimburses the amount of the unused stay pro rata temporis in the event of late arrival or premature return.
